Louise is originally from England and moved to America in 2002. She began her career as a licensed esthetician, building over 30 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry before becoming a Registered Nurse in 2019. Today, she specializes in aesthetics and brings a unique blend of expertise, artistry, and compassion to patient care.
Elvira was born and raised in Italy, where she was certified as a surgical assistant and worked alongside renowned plastic surgeons. She brought her expertise and passion for patient care to the U.S. in 2015 and has continued her work in supporting patients and surgeons with the same dedication to excellence and safety.
While working together at a plastic surgery practice, Louise and Elvira recognized a significant gap in the aftercare industry — one that called for a higher standard of care. They set out to build a service that is fully certified, safe, trustworthy, and operates with the highest level of integrity and compliance.

We will confirm availability & assign an LVN or RN.
We reach out to the patient to introduce ourselves & complete intake forms. Payment link sent to patient or office as applicable.
We confirm with patient & surgical office before procedure day & the LVN or RN connects with the patient.
We coordinate pickup, discharge, & begin care.
We follow all surgeons' post operative instructions.
We maintain HIPAA compliance & patient confidentiality.
We will communicate any recovery concerns to the patient or emergency contact per surgeon's protocol & will contact the surgeon on behalf of the patient if medical advice is needed.
In the case of an emergency, we will call 911 & alert the patient's emergency contact along with your office.
